This is an ordinary LimeSurvey site with both plugins installed and months of sample data. Click around as much as you like: nothing you do here can break it.

The sign-in form is filled in for you. The site resets every night at 03:15 GMT, and it never sends real emails or text messages.

  1. Sign in and choose Reports in the top barPick the monitoring survey. The summary page shows the headline figures, key findings in plain words and scores at a glance.
  2. Break it down by sex, age group or regionEvery question is split into a table with a significance test, so you know which gaps are real.
  3. Look at the trendsMonth-by-month lines, and a comparison with the previous period when you pick a date range.
  4. Download it as PDF, Word or ExcelBranded with a logo and colours, ready to send. The Scheduled emails tab shows reports that go out on their own.

  2. Sign in and choose Cases & alerts in the top barPick the clinic survey. Your answer has already opened a case with an owner, a priority and a due date.
  3. Work the caseAssign it, add a note, change the status. Overdue cases stand out in red.
  4. See who was told, and howThe Delivery log shows the SMS, WhatsApp, email, Slack and Teams alerts each rule sent (simulated here).
